El coach crea un espacio confidencial alrededor de su coachee. En general, la sesi\u00f3n de coaching dura 1h30 y el n\u00famero de sesiones lo eval\u00faa el coach al inicio de la colaboraci\u00f3n y depende del problema del coachee.<\/p>\n

El entrenador  permite a su cliente definir con precisi\u00f3n su objetivo de coaching y luego lo acompa\u00f1a a trav\u00e9s de las diferentes etapas que le permitir\u00e1n alcanzarlo.<\/p>\n

  • Permite a su coachee convertirse en ACTOR de su proyecto y de su vida.<\/li>\n

    Recomendar\u00eda el coaching a cualquier persona que tenga dudas sobre lo que quiere hacer por miedo o falta de confianza Patricia simplemente me gui\u00f3 para sacar conclusiones y tomar decisiones que ten\u00eda en m\u00ed pero que estaban escondidas detr\u00e1s de una barrera de autoprotecci\u00f3n.
